BDO Recruitment was established in 1996 as the recruitment consultancy arm of BDO Simpson Xavier. The recruitment division arose from a requirement from companies to engage a recruitment firm who understood the day to day needs of running a growing business. It is this understanding of our client's needs and our rich database of highly skilled candidates that has positioned BDO Recruitment as one of the leading recruiters in Ireland.
BDO Recruitment is run by Maurice Carr, Partner. Maurice has over 12 years
experience as a senior recruiter having qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
Our success to date is built on the approach we employ for both clients
and candidates. We provide a strong relationship based approach to clients which provides them with
the reassurance required when making strategically based appointments. The BDO Recruitment team has
been structured to ensure that a dedicated Account Manager is appointed to each of its clients.
Our candidates also receive the benefit of our professional expertise
in placement services. We advise on career planning, interview techniques and personality profiling which
ensures that our candidates are well prepared for any job they are pursuing. Our reputation for quality
